I plan to have at least one new blog out every day that will interest anyone interested in the world of rc.

ALIGN TREX 700

For those who are new to the world of RC i will give you a quick taste of what it is!

Aircraft Transmitter/Radio
RC refers to "radio controlled" and the objects in question that are being controlled happen to be Cars, Planes, and Heli's!

The actual controller known as a transmitter or radio :

is connected to you vehicle of choice via  a receiver. the reciver is a small box which not only receives the signal your transmitter puts out, but also sends the signal to different parts of the vehicle and causes them to move correspondingly.

If you are planning on getting in to the addictive world of RC and are asking yourself the question which is the easiest path to take: Planes, Cars, or heli's?

The answer is which ever you find the most interest in. Which ever you are most interested in will be the easiest for you to pick up, learn and enjoy.

After deciding on your path, your next step would be to join a local club!

One of my Local flying Clubs

Now if you choose RC flight, clubs are useful for a few reasons, one being they provide space, which is the most important factor in how much you will enjoy this hobby. Especially with planes, space is the key to fun, the more space you have the less restricted you feel and the bigger aircraft you can pilot!

Second, you will meet many people with the same exact interests as you, will help you through the beginner process, especially the club instructors who are club volunteers licensed to teach RC flying, will teach you how to fly, for free!

RC CARS

If you choose the RC car route, your options are simpler. you really don't need to join a club as rc cars can be driven almost anywhere, the largest of them are easily driven on small low traffic road, or off road at a local open park.
However the experience of joining a club is very valuable as you will meet many people and learn many new things.

Well thats all for today, the rest of the blogs will start rolling in daily. I hoped you were able to learn something from this short article which was meant to educate any beginners  on what RC is. Hopefully this will inspire you to do some of your own research and possibly refer back to my blogs for reviews on different RC products which may be in your hands in the near future!!!
