The Brand New HPI Baja 5sc!

Where to start! The Baja 5sc is one of the most exiting fun to drive trophy trucks I have ever had the pleasure to drive. The 5sc is the successor to the famous Baja 5t It looks the same but it definitely is not. The main differences between the 5sc and the 5t are all the parts HPI has beefed up such as the drive shafts as you can see pictured below.

The truck handles very well in all conditions, wet, snow, mud, dirt, anything you can think of, it can handle. This is due to a few things, one of them being the massive power plant. This truck is powered by a 26cc Fuelie Gas engine and because of that, this 30 pound monster can propel it self up to approximately 70-75km/h or 40+mph!

Another neat feature is the Newly added skid plate for added protection, and not only that, but the entire chassis is solid metal, and the undercarriage is a solid slab of metal, not a gap in sight! This beast isn't a truck its  TANK!

On a full tank of gas you can expect to get about 40-50 min run time which is phenomenal and very efficient considering each tank only costs you about 90 cents!
I really can't get over how great this thing runs! Check out this video to see it right out of the box with the engine still breaking in------------> Baja 5sc First run.

Thanks for reading now go out and buy this truck!!!

E-Flite Blade 120sr

Ill waste no time and get straight in to it, the Blade 120sr is quite possibly one of the most perfect "use anywhere/use anytime" Helicoptors e-flite has ever come out with. Its just big enough to comfortably fly outside, but small enough to easily fly inside as i prove in my video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0ores6j2pU

This heli has great versatility, and is easily controlled by even a beginner. it is also quite reasonably priced at $129.00 BNF (bind and fly) or $160.00 RTF (ready to fly).

To add to that, because this is an E-Flite model it means you will have unlimited part support and availability at your local hobby shop. This means no more waiting for weeks while a spare set of landing gear is shipped from some over sea's compony, at a shipping cost twice that of the actual part!
You can fly in confidence knowing any spare parts are just down the road to your nearest local hobby shop!

Go out and have some fun!

The new Ken Block Traxxas Gymkhana 3 Ford Fiesta RC Car

Wow where to start with this car! This bad boy is one serious piece of RC perfection!
Ken Block is becoming known world wide for his original  style of driving and outrageous stunts.
It only seemed a matter of time before Traxxas released a fully scale licensed replica of his car!

Features

First off and most notably are the looks of this car, it is absolutely beautiful, it has the looks of a shelf queen and performs equally as well as models twice its price range.

Secondly, this car is fast! you can be pushing 100km/h right out of the box and up to 120km/h with a few after market parts, its crazy fast!
If you were ever planning to get your kids into a hobby, off the couch and outside, than this is the car! Once they take one look at this car they will be begging you to take it outside!

Third, this car is an amassing drifter, it will pull in and out of a drift like no ones business! If you have ever had the slightest interest in drifting, this is the car to do it in, its so easy even a child could do it.
It is also tougher then nails, so even if you manage to smash it through your garage door, it will still keep on rolling.

Last and most important of all: This car will make you the envy of all your friends! Just showing up to your local track with this car will turn peoples heads and have them gathering around you in no time!

Bottom line is this car is amassing, and it is really no surprise. Traxxas always seems to amaze us with their ever changing new designs, and the Ken Block Gymkhana is no exception!
I give this bad boy a  9/10  and i definitely 100% recommend you go pick one up and find out for yourself!

Traxxas Mini Summit VXL Review!!!

So there has been a lot of excitement over this Truck for the past month or so, the Traxxas summit is one of the greatest most versatile trucks Traxxas has come out with since the E-Revo!
Traxxas had a stroke of genius with this truck, they combined the chassis of the E-revo and the capabilities of the original Summit, and to top it all off they added the portability of  a mini!!!

First lets review the "un-boxing" Process.

As usual and expected from Traxxas, the ready to run or RTR version of the truck comes with everything you need to have fun within 5 minutes of opening the box. The pacage includes:
- The Truck
- All pre installed Electronics and Motor
- 1200mah NiMh battery
- Charger
- Transmitter + 4 AA Battery's
- some spare parts and Owners manual

Right out of the Box it is a great performer, i put it to the test right away, Launched it over ramps, into snow banks and the occasional Brick Wall!  I even took it out for a speed run reaching 80km/h  or about 45mph. Thats outstanding for a truck under the $300.00 price range. Here is a quik test run i filmed:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oHl1aIh2Uo&feature=feedf

As you can see, even in this limited test run, thats how it performs right out of the box! What a great Truck!

Now lets talk about the pros and cons of this amassing vehicle!

Pros                                                                                                           Cons

1. Speed 5/5                                                                      1. No crawling ability like its bigger brother.

2. Portability 5/5                                                                2. To much fun, not enough time.

3. Battery life 4/5

4. Jumping and big air potential 4/5

5. Over all fun Factor  *8/10*

Well thats all for today guys, come back tomorrow for a review on the Baja 5b V2 Gas Buggy!
